It's Christmas Eve. On this silent night, Joseph and Mary settled into a lowly stable - probably a grotto carved into a large rock or hill - not the stables we know today. In the midst of this dark night, Mary gave birth to our Savior Jesus.
We have friends who are here in New Mexico who are Indian - Navajo and Apache - and I love the Indian languages. Meditate on this special, silent night as you listen to Silent Night sung in Arapaho.
