On August 13, 1969 we welcomed our first son, Wade Daniel Cooksey, into the world. He was a toe-headed all boy. He loved to laugh and still does.
Early on he exhibited an artistic and musical temperament and that has played out all through his life.
He and his younger brother accepted Christ as teenagers in their youth group and it was partly due to their example that I eventually followed in their footsteps.
Today, Wade Daniel is the proud father of our two grand daughters – Juliet and Leah. He’s a good Christian man, husband and father and he makes me proud in every way.
