Awe inspiring, Dan! I think what struck me the most was how the baby seemed to be "waiting" for the Mother's encouragement. It didn't move after it was born until it's Mother licked it. And the Mother was very interactive with the baby supporting it's body, while gently pushing and moving the baby forward. Of course, in the wild, this behavior is necessary and vital so that the baby is strong enough to keep up with the Mother just minutes after it's born, so it can stay safe from predators. But it's still amazing how this behavior is so instinctual.

Of course, in the wild, this behavior is necessary and vital so that the baby is strong enough to keep up with the Mother just minutes after it's born, so it can stay safe from predators.
